Robin Brew Triathlon Training Camps are the most successful triathlon and swimming courses in Europe and are now in their 20th year. Our aim as always will be to ensure your time with us in Lanzarote is both enjoyable and rewarding.
The 'Warm Weather Long Distance Triathlon Camp' provides an early season long distance coaching and training opportunity for those either preparing for Ironman and long distance events or those who are simply looking to develop an quality endurance base to their winter training programme.
The course has been designed to allow you to make the most of your time at Club La Santa where the facilities are second to none. Our objective is to provide course members with top quality coaching with an emphasis on specific coaching and advice for endurance training.
The course is suitable for those who have a good standard of fitness with an interest in improving their aerobic and muscular endurance in preparation for the race season or long distance events. We will have a full programme of activities which will include the Lanzarote Ironman bike route and also the Lanzarote open water swim section. Our coaching staff will be headed by Robin Brew who is, himself, preparing for the Lanzarote Ironman in 2009. Robin will be taking you through some of the skills and practices required for long distance racing and will also ensure that the course content successfully contributes to your endurance development allowing you to be at your very best in 2009.
